Our standard: 300 DPI at print size. For our full print area (9 in wide x 7 in tall) that means at least 2700 x 2100 pixels. PNG with a transparent background works best.

Vector files (SVG, PDF, AI, EPS) scale to any size and always pass. Send them as they are. Making a small image bigger in an editor does not add detail, so upscaled files will still print blurry.
