Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States. All orders ship from our lab in New Jersey.
Shipping options
- Economy: 5 to 8 business days after your order ships. Price is based on order weight.
- Priority: 2 to 3 business days after your order ships. Price is based on order weight.
- Free shipping: orders of $300 or more ship free.
You will see the exact shipping price at checkout before you pay.
When your order ships
Orders without custom artwork ship within 3 business days.
Custom artwork orders are made to order and need production time before they ship:
- 1 to 100 pieces: 14 business days
- 101 to 300 pieces: 24 business days
- Over 300 pieces: contact us for dates
Production starts once you approve your proof. Shipping time is added after production. If your order has both custom and non-custom items, we ship everything together when the custom items are ready.
Tracking
We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Lost, late, or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged or has not arrived within 5 business days of its expected delivery date, contact us and choose "Damaged or wrong item" or "Order status". We will make it right.
Address changes
Double check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, contact us before your order ships.
